Beddington Zero Energy Development, is an environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient mix of housing and work space in Beddington, UK. Her lecture will discuss how to successfully integrate the characteristics of smart growth housing such as walkability, energy efficiency, affordability, and proximity to jobs and shopping.
